I know one of those judges (on a very casual basis), and he is a very, very honest man with the utmost respect for the proper use and interpretation of law. That is preceisely why Brownback wants him out. Republicans can’t control him, and Sammy is desperate to make an appointment ot the KSC before he loses next week. There is no legitimate reason to even think about removing him from the Court. I can only guess that Brownback is trying to increase his voter turnout by reaching beyond his own failed record as Governor. More distractions!!!

Usually using the term Nazi’s for the GOP is over the top however, if it quacks like a duck and swims like a duck, it is a duck.

We have Brownback eliminating his opponents. Just like Hitler did.

We have the Secretary of State making up his own rules to eliminate the competition. Just like Brownback and the Nazi’s.

We have them trying to eliminate any dissenting voices from the judiciary. Just like the Nazi’s did.

If the judiciary is not an independent voice it is all over…

Wake up Kansas. A dictatorship, even one of like mindedness is still a dictatorship and usually leads to discontentment and utter disappointment. You think lack of funding is your biggest concern? Oh NO !!! These radical extremists are just getting started tearing your state apart for their ideology.

So the Sec. of State loses 2 cases before the court limiting his attempt to throw the election…seems like a natural progression…pack the court for next time. Hope every republican loses down ticket in the top 3.
