Reportable income? Anyone want to notify the IRS?
And when the IRS comes knocking on their doors, they will yell “Obama’s persecuting me!”
In Washington state?
Oh… eastern Washington, I’m better now.
Clearly I’m missing out on an awful lot of cash by having a conscience.
America is such a second rate joke. Here is proof.
Bigotcha-CHING
No bother. These are the same people who tithe to the wealthy thieving televangelists.
Gifts are not taxable to the recipient.
70 years old. Poor woman, she might be raking in the bucks, but she is showing the poverty of her soul. I suppose in her time this bigotry was widespread, although that is no excuse, really. Those anonymous donors funding these gofundme sites are pretty evil.
This is at least the second time I have seen GoFundMe used to raise funds in connection with a conservative political vendetta. Just sayin’…
I’d love for some reporter to ambush her with the question whether or not she’d be willing to provide a floral arrangement for a gay man’s funeral. A negative answer, with explanation, would be worth 10 bucks. An affirmative answer, followed by a semi coherent explanation why she’s glad to make money on one occasion but not the other, would be worth 20.
I’m all for this. Let them give and give. If they can keep up with all the people who make this choice, then I guess the money will go 'round and 'round!
"Ladies and gentlemen, let me show you how you too can collect great riches simply by hating gay people, while you stay home and enjoy playing a sad, pathetic victim of intolerance.
Hate the gay and get rich! That’s all you have to do! Yep, you heard right!
Just send $99.95 today to “Hating for Dollars,” and we will send you a full lesson plan and an audio CD recording that will teach you how to cash in on this exciting money-making opportunity."
The couple who spoke up when Arleen’s refused to cater their wedding were frequent customers, bringing several corporate deals. Imagine not knowing a business associate secretly hated you.
Richland is a deeply conservative, deeply selfish community. I live in Spokane, which is conseravtive, but the tri-cities (Richland, Kennewick and Pasco) is the land of the crazies. Remember that after a group of cops killed a man throwing rocks in Pasco, the non Hispanic community all just looked the other way.
All this and a new national park celebrating the reactor the plutonium was made in for the bombs used in Japan.
Stutzman says same-sex weddings go against her Southern Baptist beliefs.
So , the ’ pastor ’ of her church says that gay people are against Gods Law , but the ’ pastor ’ forgets that God loves everyone .
This is a clear case anyway. Flowers ordered, order understood and rejected on religious grands (Southern Baptist), State warned Florist to desist illegal activity, but warning rejected. Thus, fined. A perfect case to appeal and either win or lose on appeal, probably going further up the judiciary in any case.
Best,
Joseph
She used to provide floral arrangements for the gay couple, you know, their activists dinner parties, their recruitment BBQ’s, their disco Saturday Nights…and you know all gay parties end in a orgy. But she drew the line at marriage.
Seriously, the couple were longtime customers.

Put your $$ where your dark heart is!
This phenomena is just fine.
Let these $$ go where no ®-PAC can access it.

“Stutzman says same-sex weddings go against her Southern Baptist beliefs.”
I wonder if I could start a GoFundMe if I refuse to sell my services to people who believe that Adam and Eve had vegetarian dinosaurs in the Garden of Eden 5,000 years ago or believe that evolution and embryology are “lies straight from the pit of Hell.”
