70 years old. Poor woman, she might be raking in the bucks, but she is showing the poverty of her soul. I suppose in her time this bigotry was widespread, although that is no excuse, really. Those anonymous donors funding these gofundme sites are pretty evil.

I’d love for some reporter to ambush her with the question whether or not she’d be willing to provide a floral arrangement for a gay man’s funeral. A negative answer, with explanation, would be worth 10 bucks. An affirmative answer, followed by a semi coherent explanation why she’s glad to make money on one occasion but not the other, would be worth 20.
I’m all for this. Let them give and give. If they can keep up with all the people who make this choice, then I guess the money will go 'round and 'round!

Richland is a deeply conservative, deeply selfish community. I live in Spokane, which is conseravtive, but the tri-cities (Richland, Kennewick and Pasco) is the land of the crazies. Remember that after a group of cops killed a man throwing rocks in Pasco, the non Hispanic community all just looked the other way.

So , the ’ pastor ’ of her church says that gay people are against Gods Law , but the ’ pastor ’ forgets that God loves everyone .
This is a clear case anyway. Flowers ordered, order understood and rejected on religious grands (Southern Baptist), State warned Florist to desist illegal activity, but warning rejected. Thus, fined. A perfect case to appeal and either win or lose on appeal, probably going further up the judiciary in any case.

I wonder if I could start a GoFundMe if I refuse to sell my services to people who believe that Adam and Eve had vegetarian dinosaurs in the Garden of Eden 5,000 years ago or believe that evolution and embryology are “lies straight from the pit of Hell.”
