The system needs alot of work
My husband and I were asked for more information and yes we
are citizens and have paid SS taxs for 30 plus years
They send letters asking for documents and leave the requested document page blank.
The agent actually told us they have no one to process these documents
I had to send documents four times, finally got a letter saying everything was OK and 2 weeks later got the orginial letter requesting the documents again
