Why not Beto?
Beto has kept the national party at arm’s length, and he’s probably right to do so with Obama* because Canadian Cruz will leap all over that for extremely negative effect. Even people who don’t like him would use that as excuse to vote against Beto.
(*If that’s what he is doing.)

Or maybe Beto WAS in the first wave? I don’t know that, but it’s possible. Perhaps Obama asked first if they wanted his endorsement?
No Beto or Feinstein in the 1st wave. I’m guessing that’s a strategic move, not any kind of snub…

Does anyone know why Democrats are not supporting Jesse Colvin, the Democratic candidate for Maryland’s first Congressional District?
He’s running against Tea Partier Andy Harris, who has voted with Trump 94% of the time and is proud of having voted over 50 times to kill the ACA. But all the fundraising I’ve seen from Democrats, all of the calls for support this fall, etc. have been silent about Colvin - despite the fact that Maryland is a very blue state.

While he could endorse him before this Nov. (like he did with Jones), I agree with Ares that he has to be careful who he formally endorses at this moment.
