No, they wonāt. Lawyers, doctors and other white collar, highly educated professionals are typically exempt from overtime.
Isnāt that partly what this is about adjusting those white collar professional exemptions? Of course most lawyers and doctors are probably making more than the new minimum for exemption, which I think is in the $47,000 range.
