Thatâs one thing I like about my TiVo. I can tell it that Fox News and Fox Business News are channels I donât receive, and I never have to be even accidentally exposed to them.

Of course none of this is surprising. But what I find most interesting is the part about how Wright wanted to do a segment on black people on OâReilly, and it was denied because it showed black people in a positive light. That doesnât sound like something that is actionable or even relevant to the this discrimination suit, since itâs a strictly editorial decision. But to have the evidence come out that this kind of editorial decision was being taken (though we knew it all along anyway) is a pretty big deal. In other words, OâReilly, Ailes and the gang werenât interested in picturing Sylviaâs unless the customers were screaming for their iced tea, motherfucker!
