To be fair, Bundy’s definition of “something stupid” was meant to include a broad range of things other than gun related things, since they believe anything done while armed cannot be stupid.

It would seem to me that “proper discipline and training” would mean - you don’t clean your gun at a meeting.

They keep shooting their own children, their children keep shooting them and each other; one would think eventually it would dawn on these patriots that they are paying the ultimate price for this idea of freedom, which is a complete fantasy anyway. Most of them see the 2d amendment as the only thing standing between them and the tyrannical government and they keep believing this after every Oregon standoff, every Ruby Ridge, every time one of them takes up arms against the government and ultimately is arrested or killed. How can they be so hypnotized by the NRA?

Unfortunately for the girl involved, “American Darwinism” would be more appropriate.

But that is exactly the fantasy, “the fields of liberty need to be watered with the blood of patriots.” They would say this girl was a brave patriot instead of a victim of their stupidity.
