It is reported that the 18 year old turned himself in as soon as he heard he was a suspect. It will probably turn out the kid had nothing to do with the attack. This was a hollywood movie style hit intended to draw the greatest attention possible. It was well organized and the shooters acted like this wasn’t their first time in battle. They had a plan. They executed the plan. They got away. My guess is they are going to be hard to find.
