Mizelle was a Trump Campaign volunteer…

Meanwhile…take a listen to the former DHS CoS:

NEW: Testimonial ad from Trump's Former DHS Chief of Staff @MilesTaylorUSA, declaring his support for Joe Biden and describing Trump's presidency as "terrifying" and "actively doing damage to our security."

Note towards the end…People who are still in this administration said:
Just wait until the second term…there will be no holds barred. It will be shock and awe. We will do what we want!

Americans, you’ve been warned!

“having graduated from law school only three years ago,” Mizelle griped.

Coming from the white house that put college undergraduates in charge of personnel. They got nothing on the GAO’s conclusion, so they attack the messenger.

Nothing in the way of an argument. Refutes no facts. This is becoming tedious and predictable.

Exactly. It’s not even a legal argument without refutation of fact. It’s just throwing shit.
What else have we come to expect from this maladministration by the inept?
Nothing. They have nothing. Except hatred and sadism.

Cruelty being the point and the device.

Another haircut on the government tit.

“Mizelle also pointed to the political affiliations of the staffer, who he said previously worked on a Democratic campaign.”

Pretty much tells us where this all stands.

Surprised he didn’t say he has cooties too.

Insiders and enablers of the Trump administration questioning the qualifications, professionalism, and partisanship of others in the government is f_ckin’ rich. And hypocritical. And stupid. And arrogant. And infantile. And corrupt.

You forgot that the Trump maladministration insiders are illiterate and can’t read the rules and regulations.

Enforcing legal and constitutional provisions about who can serve in specific administration jobs only reinforces the power of the deep state that the founders envisioned.

Oh, I think they can read them, they just don’t like them and are corrupt and arrogant enough to try to skirt them, as well as laws, former practice, ethics, morals, etc. That would be called “a pattern of behavior.”

Damn! Nobody saw this coming.

A house is on fire. A high school kid walking home from a late night ‘studying’ with friends see smoke pouring from the windows and pounds on the door to awaken the residents, who all escape with their lives.

The fire department arrives, and the chief rolls up. Upon learning what happened from the rescued family, he remarks, “Well that kid is too young and inexperienced to rescue you folks. You’ll have to go back inside your burning house. Make sure you vote for me when I run for Mayor next year.”

Again, Trumper can’t see the forest through their own collective BS.

Going back to the protests and use of force (white vans etc). Now every member of those agencies, who followed orders are now out on a limb legally. There is no indemnification for unlawful orders. Executing orders that are illegal on their technical merits strips away any protections those performed the acts.

In this case, it could be a win against tyranny. But what about any criminal proceedings that come out of any other event that DHS executed and those two signed off on? You’ve gutted law enforcement…good and bad.

So if you do something unlawful confidently and in public it becomes unassailably lawful. Who knew.
