These authorities are typically granted for operations against drug cartels, international money launderers, and other dangerous targets of federal law enforcement, experts told TPM. Now, the Minneapolis documents show, HSI is deploying these tactics against protesters using their First Amendment rights to oppose the Trump administration.

For Donald Trump and his minions there isn’t a difference between drug cartels and other dangerous crininals, and protesters opposing Trump. If anything the protesters are more dangerous.

After the agent left the class and the church, she realized that she had dropped her surreptitious recording device on the floor of the church’s gym, according to the report. She returned to pick it up.

The Burn After Reading Brigade is on the case! We already have murderous ICE agents planning to flee to Mexico. Next stop, Venezuela!

“Exempted Itself from Normal Law” sounds like one of those overly careful phrases that the NYTimes is prone to use. I would hope that TPM might use less evasive language. Such as ‘defied a court order,” or even, ‘broke the law.” Thanks!

We demand to know what information led them to

investigations involving undercover agents in the Twin Cities and financial transactions by labor unions were incorporated into Keyhole, the filings said.

Unless you have some reasonable grounds/evidence of wrongdoing, these undercover operations are bogus fishing expeditions. “The criminal SEIU Labor Union ran commercials against me and my anointed candidate, those are bigly criminal acts against me and my magnificence.” Argle bargle etc.

Wait for the legal process to unfold, when the nincompoops have to testify under oath, and discovery, and the government attorneys have to justify all this to a court.

I’m sorry, but the phrase “normal law” all by itself is a giant red flag. Can ICE goons now kill people but say they didn’t because they exempted the victim from the “normal” meaning of death?

Of course the acronym boils down to ‘CUCK’. These peoples’ minds are a toxic stew of anxiety.

Damn good reason to take DHS to court. How do they consider themselves above the law? Sue them 6 ways from Sunday!
