It’s dengue, not denque.
According to the CDC, it is not (yet) endemic in the US, but it is in Cuba. Aedes aegypti mosquitoes are the disease vector, and that species is present throughout the southeast US. (A. aegypti is a nasty little disease vector. Wikipedia cites it as a vector for 50+ viral diseases, and as a special bonus, two species of malaria parasites.)

ICE is raiding the BELLE GLADE communities…thats in PalmBEACH COUNTY; everything from sugar cane to watermelons is grown there; it is harvested by migrant workers, whose housing is little more than shacks, for which they paid rent , many of these ‘workers’ are GUATEMALEN… they are small in staure and quite often are victims of robbery,on pay day…i expect many would be more than happy to live in those nice clean,AC TENTS ,in the 'GLADES… and then be flown back home.goggle BELLE GLADE…
to clarify…sugar cane is mostly harvested by workers from the ISLANDS, who work [?]under VISAs 'they harvest the cane and then return home.
