So I didn’t understand Rubio’s statement yesterday about why we attacked Iran.
What I don’t get:
Is Israel the tail wagging the American dog, or is Israel the dog wagging the American tail?

The United States “had to attack because Israel was going to”?? What kind of kindergarten playground logic is that? The US was in the middle of negotiations with Iran. If the maladministration “knew” Israel was “going to attack” and didn’t want to stop them, the US could have put its at-risk bases etc on highest alert. We were negotiating. Everyone knows the Israelis are a bunch of duplicitous warmongers. Let 'em go it alone.
So now, even more of the credibility and trust in the United States has been flushed down the old crapper. And how has the joint attack “saved” anyone? US soldiers getting bombed in an “armored triple wide”?
It’s too bad the entire Republican Congress has checked out for the duration of this so-called “presidency.” But there’s an election coming up. Support your local Democrats. And don’t forget to vote.

Usually the bright colors are to warn that creature is dangerous/poisonous. But then somewhere along the long path of evolution some species got the idea to borrow the bright colors, but they’re not poisonous.
But this is poisonous, it produces cyanide.

living in FLORIDA for 60+ years..i have learned that if it is pretty, it might be a good idea to avoid it..with the possible exception of corn snakes and big shiney beetles…the huge beautiful grasshoppers will eat anyhting that sits still..and they make a huge slimey mess when squashed, but they are pretty when first hatched or born..black with a red/orange stripe
