Non-profit watchdog group Democracy 21 will be writing a letter to the Justice Department asking them to open a criminatl investigation into wheter Romney-backing “super PAC” Restore our Future and Obama-backing “super PAC” Priorities USA Action “are illegal operations,” the group said in a statement Tuesday.
