Rep. Bill Delahunt (D-MA) said today that he thinks Congress should carve up the health care bill and “have discrete votes” on “a series of bills that were brought up, over the next several months.”On MSNBC today, Delahunt discussed what the Democrats should do in the wake of their shocking loss in the Massachusetts senate race. He first said that he doesn’t think Democrats have done a good job explaining health care reform to the American people, and so “now we’re gotta go back, we’ve got to look at how we go about telling the American people where health care is.”
