Still living in denial, President Trump on Sunday predictably stoked more bogus claims of widespread election fraud as he refused to back down on his already fruitless legal battles contesting the legitimacy of President-elect Joe Biden’s legitimate victory, during a conspiracy-ridden interview on Fox News.
I don’t know if he believes this on any level, or if it’s just to keep the grift going. But I sure as hell believe he doesn’t understand what his lawyers tell him.
While Trump claims massive fraud, his lawyers state no fraud.
Not mentioned enough:
Both federal and state opinions scathingly dismissing pro-Trump efforts to overturn Pennsylvania's election results quoted Rudy Giuliani telling a judge, verbatim, "This is not a fraud case." pic.twitter.com/T1Ut3QmOuS
Pro tip. It usually costs money to file a civil suit, like several hundred bucks in federal court. But if you say you don’t have any money, the filing fee can be waived! And let’s face it, the Trump campaign is broke, or at least looted.
Um, no he didn’t. He voted in person this year. Early, but not by mail.
Still illegal, however, since he’s not a resident of Florida. He belongs to a club in Florida. He even controls the corporation that owns it. But it’s not a residence. It would be like a member of the Walton family claiming a Wal-Mart in New Hampshire as his legal residence.
