That should result in both DeJoy and Trump serving prison terms after Trump leaves Office.

…has been so severely mismanaged… or

Has been so severely sabotaged.

“Institutional confusion” is really code language for “intentional chaos to support targeted voter suppression.”

DeJoy last month tried to calm the panic his policies created by saying he was pausing some of them.

The alleged murderer tried to calm the stabbing victim by pausing the stabbing.

Damn! Step in? Step up! Let’s hear it for the Honorable Victor Marrero! And the equally Honorable Stanley Bastian!

There should be no mistake; Donald Trump could never have concocted a scheme to literally destroy the internal system of an agency in order to make sure that millions-upon-millions of ballots would not be delivered to elections departments. Trump’s mind is way too lazy. This came from the likes of Stephen Miller and others we may never know about.

Removal and destruction of machines to sort mail. Rolling out empty mail trucks for “on time” performance; cutting overtime…No, this was planning at its most sinister. Removing millions from voter rolls, closing polling places and taking out (sorting & processing) machines in locales where Hillary Clinton carried in 2016…We are in scary territory.

So, the matter is being framed as either:

(A.) DeJoy is horrifically bumbling and incompetent and has absolutely no command of the situation
or
(B.) DeJoy is engaging in criminal level of obstruction of Federal Elections and fraud.

either way - leads to the

DeMise of DeJoy…

More specifically, it is criminal obstruction of the mails at the direction of Trump and DeJoy.

Trump’s just getting no love from judges today.

Its the latter. DeJoy needs to be criminally prosecuted.

This judge is taking all of DeJoy out of electioneering.

Paul Don was a poor little rich boy – he never had to cry
Whenever he complained of aches and pains the doctors would drop by
Now he goes to parties with the prettiest girls in town
They get paid five hundred dollars just to kick him when he’s down

After he stiffed a waitress, and ran out on his tab
Big Mac had a heart attack in the back of a Yellow Cab
By the time the sound of the siren said the ambulance was coming
His heart had stopped beating, but the meter was still running

Life is hard, can’t buy happiness no matter what you do
Can’t get to heaven on roller skates – can’t take a taxi cab to Timbuktu

Obviously a fortunate coincidence, but the cover of September’s American Philatelist, journal of the largest US stamp society, has a very appropriate cover:

If I didn’t know better, I could almost believe they were doing it intentionally to help The Leader’s reelection cause.

To Stephen Miller, I would add Peter Navarro, Steve Mnuchen, and Bill Barr, all of whom should be held criminally liable in creating this mess . . . .and of course, Trump himself – Ignorance is no excuse.
