Totally agree. I know some very liberal Pakistanis who are part of liberal Pakistan communities.
The Pro-Publica âarticlesâ are great â usually the best I have read here for a really long time. They are professional, thoughtful, well written, and insightful. Good journalism.
I love to to read the TPM responses that are up to the same level in the comments, in these âguestâ articles.
Pretty different from the reporting and responding we have in the (grab bag) âMorning Memos.â

What I find bemusing when watching some of last weekâs footage from Kabul at the end of the evacuation is the number of mid 90âs Toyota Corollas on the streets. The Hi-Lux pickup which is similar to the US spec Tacoma as well as the Land Cruiser has been a mainstay for warlords in various countries for years but the Corollas from that era date to when the Taliban gained power in 1996. I guess imports of vehicles subsided afterwards.
And they still have nuclear devices.
I am really just gobsmacked that the left and left-leaning journalism keeps the rightwing framing

Nuclear implements. Nuclear utilitarian tools. Nuclear functional items.
