Former President Trump now faces some limits on what he can say about people involved in the D.C. election reversal case, according to reports from the D.C. federal courthouse.
It is very difficult to stop someone with beginning Alzheimer’s to stop making indiscreet and insulting comments about everything that touches their brain, Believe me, I have tried.
That poor, poor, baby (by which I mean Honest Don). All these awful, cruel people picking on him and no one is there to protect him from the bad guys!

Let Trump eff around and find out. This judge does not issue multiple warnings between court dates.
Rule #1: If you are a defendant, it’s a really, really bad idea to “frack around” with the judge. Just sayin’…and I’m eagerly awaiting the idiot breaking this rule ASAP. He doesn’t know any better, and he just does not care.
gift for unfettered speech
Everybody has a gift for unfettered speech. Almost everybody learns that those fetters are there for the benefit of themselves and the people in their lives. Nobody forced TRUMP to learn that lesson because, as a wealthy failson, fellating him until he was spoiled rotten was in their own best interest. That is fatal dysfunction right there.
TRUMP is a bully who amassed enough socioeconomic power that he was able to act in public precisely the same way a spoiled failson bully acts in private. That is all.
If we don’t end billionaires as a category, we will all be ruled by brats just like TRUMP for eternity, “the bloated sons of the vicious rich.” I guarantee they will all be worse than TRUMP. And their entire plan for the human race is to disport themselves on your children and then discard their used-up bodies.
The first thing Trump will do is send out a fundraising email stating that his free speech rights and those of his supporters are being violated. There could be not so subtle hints for his supporters to continue to post personal attacks on Smith and the judge.

Everybody is going to say it won’t work, that the Fat Loser will continue to behave the way he always has, and what’s the Court going to do about it anyway?
And in the context of the trial, they may very well be right.
However, when, Godzilla willing, the Fat Loser is convicted, the Court absolutely will take his behavior into account during the sentencing phase. And again, Godzilla willing, that will toss any chance of the Court being lenient on the Fat Loser right out the window.

Trump will stop direct attacks on people in public, his lawyers will point out the lines to him that he can’t cross. I didn’t see the judge mentioned, and he can still spout lies about the Biden admin and DoJ, so this won’t change too much of what he has been saying. If he does continue to push on the limits, he’s going to piss the judge off, and she can put him in jail for contempt if he ignores her orders…she’s playing it careful, but have no doubt that she will take that step if Trump crosses her enough.
Given the test Trump likes to brag about passing Alzheimers is a possibility, but we won’t see that trotted out till he “can’t be incarcerated because he has Alzheimers.” Right now he’s just a blustering asshole with a bunch of henchmorons who like to threaten people when he tells them too.

I found the smartass bad-faith statements made by his jackass lawyers to the judge pretty annoying. I’m sure she did too. They’re going to get a severe case of ETTD eventually, but it’s amazing how much leeway not only him but all those in his circle of shit are allowed.
