David Wu announced on Tuesday that he will resign from Congress, the week after a report came out that he was accused of unwanted sexual conduct with the teenage daughter of a campaign donor.The announcement came after House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi called for an House Ethics Committee investigation into Wu’s conduct.
