The Daily Caller on Tuesday claimed that an escort mentioned in a recent Washington Post article on an apparently fabricated prostitution claim against Sen. Bob Menendez (D-NJ) is not the same person the conservative news outlet interviewed earlier. The Post on Monday reported that an escort was paid to make up the claim that she had had sex with the senator.
