Seems pretty likely.

‘Desperation’ infused with a healthy dose of ‘dumb’. Yet another ‘people are being mean to me’ move.

which he called a “desperate legal move”

Is it desperate or is it, by contrast, filled with glorious shining hope?

Anyway, if it is a “legal move,” you have to wonder what lawyer advised it.

Or maybe it was Mr. “I Am The Team.”

Florida also has many more protections for shielding assets from civil suits. Coincidence?

Why didn’t he do it sooner - years ago?

I’ve also seen speculation that it could be about the restrictions around who can run as VP. In that, P and VP cannot be from the same state. And…tahdah…it’s a move to put Ivanka on the ticket. Now that may be crazy talk, or not. It’s hard to ignore the ridiculous, as well as the criminal, when it comes to these folks.

“Cuomo Calls Trump’s Residency Change To FL A ‘Desperate Legal Move’.”

I think there’s some confusion here.

Why did everyone assume Trump meant Florida when he said he was moving to St. Petersburg?

Who wouldn’t vote for a woman as VP who just a few years ago was designing high heels and handbags for Nordstroms?

ROTFLMAO Mr. I!

The whole notion is just ridiculous. Rich people don’t actually move, not like us regular people do anyway. All they really do is hire a lawyer in the new zip code and then take out a PO box down the street. That’s it, move complete. Otherwise, older former assets remain just as they are.

It’s most likely he is looking for the Feds to add free capital improvements to Mar-a-Lago as they did to Trump Tower for “security” purposes.

(brass section marimba music) This week on Desperate White Housewives - A zany idea to move to Florida just might be what Donny and Melly are looking for to heal their marriage. Donny’s idea to move back to a kooky old estate worries Melly - but what she doesn’t know is that the staff have quit and she needs to cook dinner for 60 Saudis! You’re right. But I think he really wants to leave NYC - he was despised there before. No one will take his calls now, and even the manicurists give Melania dirty looks.

It’s entirely possible that Drumpf will see the walls closing in, the noose snugging up around his fat, orange neck, and he’ll flee the country. He’s so legally screwed in so many ways (now and after his illegitimate term ends) that he’ll try to get re-elected to stave off the feds. If he sees he’s losing the election, someone best grab his passport, stat.

This must mean that we are really close to finding out how indebted Trump really is. Could it be that I, Yellowbeard, am more solvent than Trump?

Maybe it means he intends to turn the interesting transactions up to 11 next year (because he already has to file for 2019 based on 9 months of residence). Does he realize that it’s not about his personal residence, or has he changed the address for trump org as well?

OT, but is it weird that the guy who has been elected governor of New York three time is an absolute zero in terms of influence on national politics?

Have you ever been 900 million in debt? Because he has. I’d be astonished if you weren’t more solvent.
