Yeah, the poster is a bit cornpone. Nevertheless, it brings a smile to the face. We need as many of those as we can muster these days.
I loved his poster, and did not find it bizarre in the least. Cuomo has a finely tuned sense of humor many do not appreciate nor understand.
As a life-time resident of New York, I’m especially proud of Governor Cuomo’s job keeping me and my family safe. His leadership, especially in concert with the governors of New Jersey and Connecticut, shows what an effective, humane, non-nonsense, apolitical, science-based response to the pandemic can do to keep deaths down. He showed what it takes to become the president of these United States in 2024, despite what others believe is the inevitable future of president-in-waiting Joe Biden’s VP pick, whoever she turns out to be.
Andrew Cuomo gave me hope whilst the inaction and partisan politics of he-who-shall-not-be-named made me despair.
