There is no information out there. Just unverified allegations that seem to be near military Time On Target in precision. But this “under my blouse” allegation doesn’t pass the smell test. It comes in when folks are asking if Cuomo’s offenses merit removal and it’s just inconceivable an act like that would be late on the table. Not a word until one was needed. It’s convenient too. It Cuomo can be run off there a change in the near future a GOP’er will take his seat. New York DOES vote for GOP govs.
I’d bet an entire 401K that the first act of a GOP;er Gov. would be broad pardon of Trump on all state offenses.

It’s difficult to shake the feeling that there’s someone out there saying, “Well, we’re finally getting some traction on this. Time to tee up the next one.”
I have no evidence to support this. But it does trigger one’s skepticism.

I don’t believe I said anything that could be construed that way. My point has been from the get go…there’s a damn good reason for this that no one is considering. You included as you choose, without benefit pf process, to believe what you hear. I don’t. I realize Cuomo is a major league asshole and fully capable of all alleged against him but nothing has been PROVEN or even vetted.

If the “up the blouse” thing can be substantiated he should be hauled off with a John Deer if needed. If it’s an embellished claim riding on an anti- Cuomo inertia he should stay.

There is of yet no evidence one way or the other…OTHER than the testimony of one witness who said it did not happen. No one knows shit right now but are doing the fucking stupid shit that got Franken axed. Goody Two Shoes holier than thou shit. In a way I hope Cuomo is ousted, a GOP’er elected and a pardon granted to Trump for everything.

Excepting this latest one, the others can be considered proven. Cuomo didn’t deny any of the others in any way, just said that he was misunderstood.

As I said a few days ago, I think the two attorneys the AG appointed will do a good job. One of them, Joon Kim, knows how to investigate and, in particular, has previously investigated Cuomo’s office; and the other, Anne Clark, knows all relevant aspects of the law inside and out. Meanwhile, as to the facts, at this stage I believe all six women who have so far come out in public.
I don’t see it that way but you may be right. The initial complaints were of crass toxic male behavior but not sexual assault. Then along come this one…and late? It also may be true but there’s plenty of room to doubt this very conveniently timed allegation.

If the testimony of “one witness who said it did not happen” counts as evidence, how about the testimony of the six people who say it did happen?

I wouldn’t disagree at all that this latest needs a lot more scrutiny. In general, I’m not a fan of anonymous accusations, if you’re going to make a stand, make it. And this one stands out for being a significant change from the others, which all were very similar and on the record.
That’s why there are investigators, to look and evaluate.

And the woman who was assaulted at the wedding, who provided a photo. But of course that one is dismissed because “hey, it’s at a wedding. Doesn’t matter if you don’t know the person, being grabbed and kissed - even if you are indicating you aren’t ok with it - isn’t an issue. She should have expected it.”
And before someone decides to quibble on the sexual assault, here’s the definition from the DOJ. And yes, holding onto someone so you can kiss them is a sexual act.

There’s been opposition to naming the new bridge for the late governor from the start. Whatever Andrew Cuomo did, his late father Mario is certainly not responsible.

The military has some of the strictest rules on the books.
