Cruz: ‘Of Course’ Trump Asking China To Probe Biden Is Wrong

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) gave a rare rebuke on Sunday of President Donald Trump over his call for China to investigate 2020 rival Joe Biden.

Cruz -a man who let Trump criticize his wife and father without saying a word -has never been a profile in courage or above corrupt electoral maneuvers. For him to say this, when Ernst, Collins, and Gardner wouldn’t, is significant. I believe Trump has lost control over Congressional Republicans.

I think the Syria situation was Putin leveraging Trump for one last favor, knowing the ask was going to destroy Trump domestically. It’s finally a bridge too far for Republicans, and especially the Intelligence and Military communities.

The longer Speaker Pelosi takes to approve Mr. Schiff dropping the hammer on Orange Julius Caesar the longer she’s making every repugnican dangle on dilemma of ‘crime/punishment’ and their own credibility.
(not that the vast majority of them have any remaining of the latter.)

Things are getting really bad for Trump. He seems to be watching his support diminish hourly.

That’s not all he said. He first reinforced Trump’s Biden lies before Margaret Brennan wrung this admission from him.

Well, Tailgunner Ted . . . the moment will arrive, when you sit in the Senate Chambers and are confronted with the mountain of established facts: Will you, or won’t you?

Trump to Cruz:
Your wife is still ugly. She worked for Goldman Sachs. And your dad killed JFK.
Fake Senator!!!

And treason, blackmail, extortion, concentration camps and murdering our allies are all good Christian values, I presume?

Wow, Teddy is starting to rear up on his hind legs. Trump accuses his father of being an accomplice in the JFK assassination, disparages his wife and now stands up for Hunter Biden? What fucking planet am I on?

… not that I’ll, like, you know, do anything about it.

Trying to get the evangelicals back after the surprise backlash over the Kurds. Pretty sad performance.

Not that religion has been the justification for abject suffering?

Totally agree that Syria was a favor for Putin. I wouldn’t say that it is the last one however. If anything, now that the handwriting of impeachment is on the wall, I think Trump will smash and grab everything possible before he is forced out. In for a penny, in for a pound.

Sorry, Ted, I’ll believe you have the courage of your convictions when I see it. Saying “of course it was wrong” is a far cry from saying “and that is an impeachable offense.”

The only thing Ted is acknowledging is that Texas demographics are changing fast enough that he’s going to be in trouble when he’s up for re-election in five years.

But, but…the megachurches can’t build up any capital if the masses don’t get on board with their snake oil sales! So, they have to capitalize god. But you don’t. Nor do I.

This from a speech he gave at a Catholic college.
Was he calling out the pederast priest cover-up?
The suffering and misery of the victims?
Um…no.

Maybe, but Jesus warned us about wolfs in sheep’s clothing, and many false Prophets, but I didnt expect a complete political party of them.
