This is excellent news. The last two weeks have really given me a lot of hope.

ONWARD!

ETA: I am concerned that a lot of undocumented folk have already refused to answer the census out of understandable fear, but this is a fabulous step forward.

Great news! This will be appealed but a great first step and not a lot of time left to complete the census.

OT, but here we go…the magical vote tallies that give Trump the win by margins that make no statistical sense compared to the polling…they aren’t because there was vote tampering, machine hacking, etc…no no no…it’s because “secret Trump supporters”…

They’re so definitely setting up to steal this shit.

Two GWB judges and one Obama judge coming together for a unanimous decision. That’s a good sign.

The need to make it a horse race or cliff hangar by the media is nauseating. Biden is ahead where it counts. We need to work harder than the Trumpers to defeat Trump.

I hate that I have to live in a reality where I read good news like this and my next thought is “How will the Roberts court find a way to reverse and excuse this for Republicans?”

That reminds me, I guess Alito decided not to retire after all the talk of getting him to step down so Drumpf could appoint his successor.

In their order, the judges declare the memo an “unlawful exercise of the authority granted to the President by statute” and enjoin defendants from giving Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross information for his report pertaining to the number of undocumented immigrants in any state.

That’s gonna leave a mark. Nothing pisses an authoritarian off more than telling him he’s exceeded his authority. Trump knows that Article II gives him the power to do anything he wants. Many people say this.

and possibly the Constitution

No “possibly”. It absolutely is. Pretending otherwise is disingenuous and poor journalism.

Speaking of defeating Trump, what are Biden and Harris up to today? I’m sure TPM is covering it.

[oh wait…]

The whole Supreme Court may not find a way to excuse this, but Long Dong Thomas and Sam the Sham Alito certainly will.

SUCH INSOLENCE! The nicknames for the Justices on here are making me think the Hive needs to gather a writing staff for what could become the greatest political satire series of all time.
