White House counselor Kellyanne Conway says she will appear to testify on behalf of the White House as part of the House’s impeachment inquiry under one condition: House Intelligence Committee Chair Adam Schiff (D-CA) must do the same.
she promises to show up with her litany of lies as long as he shows up to be savaged by the fascists for being a good and honorable man.
She is lying. She has no intentions of showing up. She is just trying to stay in the news.

To be a fact witness, you would first have to have some basic understanding of what a “fact” is.
More to the point, she is saying this to try and keep the farcial notion that calling Schiff as a witness has any merit.
Its laughable. Its like a criminal suspect trying to call the prosecutor or judge to the stand, arguing that the entire legal system is corrupt, and ignoring that the trial is about his crimes.

It’s both hilarious and a testimony to her own case of psychiatric disease that Kellyanne thinks she would be considered any kind of “fact witness.” She hasn’t used much less come close to a fact since becoming the Trumpbot she is today.
That was my second thought – the first was that she was just trolling – that all we would hear from her once under risk of perjury would be, “I plead the 5th.”
