NEW YORK (AP) — The billions of dollars in coronavirus relief targeted at small businesses may not prevent many of them from ending up in bankruptcy court.

O/T, but…

There will be so many business and personal bankruptcies that I predict bankruptcy reform will be pretty high on the next administration’s agenda.

What? The repeal and replace of Obamacare won’t be high anymore? s/

Top of the list for Moscow McConnell is for bankruptcy reform to allow states to declare.

Repeal Obamacare is always near the top of the list. Replace doesn’t make the cut.

Slightly OT, but whenever is the Dotard on T on anything these days!!!

This is well worth a watch regarding home cleaners as home remedies. Funny as hell!

Who knows? It might cure bankruptcies, too.

There’s a beautiful irony in having the King of Bankruptcy presidenting over a tsunami of bankruptcies.

Unless you’re one of the folks being forced to go bankrupt because of Donnie’s presidenting.

The U.S. was always going to be his biggest and final bankruptcies, with our without a pandemic as accelerator.

“There is no reliable visibility into when business operations will be able to resume the pre-COVID normal,” Singerman says.

I would recommend to this gentleman to stop looking for that visibility. That’s just not happening.

This is so damn embarrassing!

What happened to the mantra that Trump is a good business man and thus he would be a great potus?

He has screwed all Americans royally! Chew on that for a bit and ask yourself what are you going to do about it?

Ha ha ha ha ha. Good one. Joe will maybe rewrite bankruptcy laws again. In favor of his donors. The banks. What crazy ideas some democrats have. They man said “nothing will substantially change”. He meant it.

More weekend O/T: Daily Beast article Dr. Birx Waves Off Trump’s Disinfectant Comments, Says ‘This Was a Musing’

White House coronavirus task force response coordinator Dr. Deborah Birx largely defended President Donald Trump’s recent suggestion that injecting disinfectants could treat coronavirus, saying on Sunday that it “bothers” her that this is still in the news cycle as the president was just “musing” on the subject.

We are not a mused.

Wait until the personal injury and wrongful death suits get rolling. Ambulance chasing will be a thing of the past replaced by hearse chasing!

All of this just continues to confuse me in relation to the stock market. There seems to be a serious disconnect between the markets and the real world that I just don’t get.

Tsunami isn’t quite the word for it.

The idiot’s demand that the USPS quadruple their fees for shipping packages will kill e-commerce.

When Avalanche Press ships me an $80 game (+$10) postage, suddenly goes to $80 game + $40 postage = Avalanche Press going out of business.

A lot of small businesses aren’t coming back.
