This has gotta be the dumbest thing I have heard in a long while. Cohen is Let out of jail just has to stay at home (if it fucking “home confinement” for god sake). Goes out and is photoed eating out. Guy is just not that smart.

Trump only hires the best.

Did the hit man they hired to off Ghilane Maxwell offered a BOGO deal and they want to use the coupon on Cohen?

So he gets a privilege that few prisoners ever see and he still shits on it?

Why am I surprised?

I wonder if, because he worked for the Orange Menace at one point, he think he has ‘absolute immunity’ against anything he doesn’t wanna do…

rawstory says that CNBC says that Cohen’s lawyer said Cohen was “sent to a federal jail after balking at a demand that he agree not to talk to the media, or participate with any film or book, while serving the rest of his home confinement.”

Take out on the prch sounds good to me 'cept it’s too hot for that here but if choosing to stay home and eating out with the potential of infection… It is no contest for me.

I’m in NH, we are pretty low density. Restaurants have been open for indoor dining for a solid month. Outdoor dining longer.

I’ll do outdoor, I’m not ready for indoor. Since it is nice out here, I’d prefer outdoor anyhow.

Cohen wasnt even in court b/c of the dinner. He was there to agree to the terms of his house arrest. It was when the DOJ demanded that he not talk to anyone from the media cohen refused and asked to work with the DOJ on that. he was held for 90 minutes and then taken back into custody. Remember that the SCOTUS ruled that proceeds could continue into trumps paying off of stormy using campaign money…and cohen in the end testified against trump on that issue… This sounds more like and act of retribution on cohen in light of the SCOTUS decision today then him going back to jail b/c he went out to eat while under house arrest…

Did he have a mask? I mean…if you fear getting COVID, that’s reasonable…but then going into a restaurant?

I hope that the judge adds more time to Cohen’s sentence for his violating the terms of his early release.

DoorDash refuses to serve him. Because of his personality disorder, he’s required to use DoorDouche.
