Mitt Romney has moved to a huge lead in South Carolina after his incredibly close victory in the Iowa GOP caucuses — Romney gets 37 percent in a new CNN/TIME survey of the state, followed by new GOP flame former Pennsylvania Senator Rick Santorum at 19 percent and former House Speaker New Gingrich at 18 percent.
