When I was a kid we made a family excursion to the famous Italian Market in Philly, and it being just about Easter gutted lambs hung prominently in all the butchers’ windows and it freaked my sister out. I thought of them just now because those lambs were likelier to get better and gambol in the meadows once more than Giuliani is to escape being the fall guy here.
Yes, one can only wonder what plan he has to avoid the world of hurt that’s waiting for him. (I don’t doubt he has one.)

It has to be incredibly frustrating for Trump and his accomplices not to have a source inside the investigations in terms of a White House lawyer or other official, instead learning details through the media like the rest of us.
One way they were able to avoid the worst of Mueller’s investigations was by sharing lawyers via joint defense agreements and comparing notes.
Not being able to do that means risking a perjury rap or perhaps worse.
To quibble back, not exactly. When we say “framed” we understand the victim is innocent. A fall guy typically takes more than his (or her, of course) share of the guilt.
