Thomas himself has made it clear that he would strike down Roe v. Wade if given the opportunity, having called the watershed decision “plainly wrong.”
Isn’t his by definition ‘prejudging’? And if Thomas wants to demonstrate his lack of bias, perhaps he should have chosen another venue for his speech

How many times do I have to point this out, Republicans are optics deficient. It’s like they invite the optics deficient to come and join the party. They must have a test to see how truly one is blind to the optics of all kinds of situations.

This recent campaign by Barrett and Thomas is perhaps the worst behavior be Supreme Court Justices ever. The simple lying about their intentions and misrepresentation of their judicial ethics is shameful.
