Michael Flynn is asking that the federal judge in his case recuse himself from further proceedings, after a fiery hearing last week in which the former national security adviser’s attorney said that the case against him was actually part of a “coup” attempt against President Trump.
This is what his lawyer asked for in the hearing and the judge told her to file a motion. That’s it.

But telling her to file a motion is a serious violation of Article XIII of the Constitution, and also two of the amendments.

This is one Trump-related case I hope slow walks until we get a real DOJ 21-Jan-2021.
The judge should dismiss the case without prejudice so Flynn can be tried anew under the Biden admin.
