The executive order released Thursday was narrower in scope than the previous one shot down by the Supreme Court and appeared to focus on restricting automatic citizenship to specific categories of people, including children born to adults with connections to foreign embassies or organizations as well as anyone considered an “alien enemy” of the United States.
It’s why he keeps trying to invoke it.

It’s not sidestepping, it is blatantly thumbing their nose, sticking out their tongue like a five year old and making the renaming permanently etched in the marble. Not once but twice ! The second one to appear that he personally funded it. And despite the court order not to shut down, they will anyway.
Do they really think that the courts won’t make them replace the ‘damaged’ marble? The country is being run by a bully 5 year old and his gang is enabling him.
