Wallace is looking at where things are and his long career and thinking hard.

This is not my beautiful house.
This is not my beautiful wife.
Well…
How did I get here?

Wallace has the reputation and gravitas to get a good gig elsewhere in the news business. He should put his money where his mouth is and resign out of principal. Otherwise he’s just peacocking.

Yeah, and he can probably live without the income indefinitely.

He is not going to fix that organization; it is not broken, it’s working exactly as intended.

Chris’s father must be spinning in his grave for his son to be siding with the nutcases.

Carlson is a gigantic flatulent cash cow for FOX News.

My guess is that they would sooner lose a dozen conservative but not completely insane anchors and reporters than cut ties with him.

I guess we’ll see.

Hook Mike up to a generator and he could provide abundant carbon-free energy from all that spinning!

Stop complaining and insist on change. Or walk away and go public. If you really believe that Tucker is an evil in and of himself, then take him down publicly. Baier has an audience, but Wallace can be a force when he wants.

It is time for some honesty about the damage the Murdochs have done to democracy around the world.

Maybe the advertising revenue is secondary to the political results, which just makes the whole thing uglier.

Haven’t read the article (paper is upstairs in the kitchen), but Kevin Cullen is a good investigative reporter. He reported for years on the Irish mob here and has lived to tell about it.

I am not sure they strenuously object or this is a BS story that “leaked” just for cover.

Okay.

Resign and consign yourself to irrelevance (Dan Rather is still out there posting on social media), or cling to the gig with the camera and watch your reputation go somewhere south of Josef Goebbels.

I know where I’m placing my bets.

The parade of ‘concerned’ and ‘troubled’ ‘journalists’ at Fox is very moving and deeply edifying, really.

Really.

No, really.

Shepard Smith was in a similar position when he started to wax more truthful and incurred the rath of the moronagencia…it’s got to be discouraging to get death threats for reporting the news or asking the tough questions to wild eyed nutbars. If Wallace has any integrity he will leave this unwavering shit show and expose their treachery on his way out the door.
