Supreme Court spokesperson Kathy Arberg confirmed on Tuesday night that Chief Justice John Roberts was hospitalized in June after he fell and suffered a head wound.
“They believe the fall was likely due to light-headedness caused by dehydration.”
That’s all water under the bridge, now, though.

He has a history of seizures, two that are known to have occurred. There’s speculation that he has epilepsy.
That would explain all the secrecy.
I’m surprised it was kept quiet as long as it was. They know if RBG has a runny nose before she reaches for a tissue.
Whatever happened stay hydrated. I stupidly went for a modest walk yesterday afternoon, came back drenched, a shower didn’t really help because I was pouring sweat and not feeling tiptop. Steadied up after a while but that wasn’t smart. Will head out before lunch in hot weather from now on or not at all.

Didn’t he fall down another time as well? According to wikipedia, in 2007 he fell down and had a seizure. It could not be determined what caused it. He also had another seizure in 1993. He’s like Julius Caesar with what they used to call the falling sickness. Sounds a little bit like epilepsy to me.

Now that Roberts has voted with the liberal wing a couple of times “they” need to give evangelicals some juice to turn out for God Emperor Trump.
“Seizure” is a pretty broad term. I on occasion have petit mal “events” that most people don’t even notice (my wife spots them). But if he’s having a grand mal seizure in public, there is no way that stays hidden.
I’ve been thinking that if the stars align correctly, the makeup of the court could change dramatically in the near future. Keeps me slightly more optimistic.
