Ah, a 2018 blue wave electee where he beat a non-incumbent by 1.4%. The Mark Sanford damage cost them only one term.

I was bummed when handsome Joe lost. He was born and grew up in Kentucky, therefore he is a Kentuckian.
Wish he would move back and run against Rand, but I wouldn’t want to move back here either. SC has much better weather…and beaches.

Yeah, pretty much. The Sanford family is deeply embedded in SC. I tell you what though, Mark’s mother, she was a cool old broad. Old School Southern Lady, spoke fluent Italian and had some serious spunk. My ex’s mother was buddies with her and I got to spend a little time with her. The family could have been kinder to her in her last days though.
Well, I might just love to wrap my not so big, not so hairy paw around Joe Cunningham.

I dunno… I likes me an IPA or six. Don’t care much for hazy beers, though. That’s just less filtering of spent yeast and various proteins. No thank you.
While you may not like the recipe or style of beers, you’d have to admit that a Silver Bullet, High Life, Lite, etc. will taste the same no matter where you buy it. Travel this country from corner to corner and if you order an industrial beer on tap it will taste the same everywhere. Considering that beer is mostly water (especially the industrial brews), and that water varies greatly with geography, that’s quite a feat. The men and women who bring you these beers are quite proud of that - as are the people (yours truly) who automate those breweries.
But I’m with you on taste, though. I drink mostly local craft brews - when I find a good one. Except when I’m with a customer - ya gotta drink their beers. I just wish the craft brewers could afford me.

Yeah the other day I listened to a Right Wing friend, although she doesn’t know she’s spouting Right Wing bullshit, explain to me how Covid is just a flu, two of her mask wearing employees had caught it so obviously mask wearing CAUSES covid, and that George Soros and Hugo Chavez stole the election from Donald. Apparently she had recently been made aware that Chavez was dead, but no matter, his family still owned the voting machine company Dominion. (They Don’t) And then she started in on all the dead people and illegals and god knows who else voting in Nevada. I guess kids were employed to sign ballots. Something about finger prints?
Yeah we need to sit down and listen to these crazy ass fucking people, beer helps, obviously lots of beer.
