No, codify Roe/Casey and include protections for birth control (IUD’s especially) the morning after pill and life of the mother during the entire pregnancy. States can set their limits between 15-20 weeks except for the life of the mother.

Like the general ideas, but Federal abortion centers is too creepy, sorry.
Yes, he DID need to comment, and ALL Senators need to make a public statement. The statements are important to low information voters who only occasionally pay attention. The more press releases, the better. Otherwise, the Dems get drowned out by the general noise from the media shouting on the right.
The more people hear or read about someone supporting it, the better.

Give me strength -the courts especially the Supreme Court does not give a shit about bipartisan anything. The public maybe and the public supports Roe/Casey. Keep it simple. Your plan is way too complicated.

Why not throw in codification of a right to privacy for everybody, male and female? Stop the massive harvesting of my personal info, stop the sharing of information about potential status of abortions, stop all the invasive harvesting of info and bending it back on us.
