This morning’s Krugman (with Pink Floyd’s “Money” accompaniment) concluded that, if we want to keep democracy and our republic, the billionaires need to be leveled and the distribution of wealth made much, much flatter. You know, more like it was back in The Best of All Times, the Father Knows Best, Leavitt 2 Beaver days of the 1950s. Currently, billionaires are acting like supermassive black holes on our political process.

Stephen Colbert, humans known for commentary and commentary is held to the bona fide news exception.

It was early January of 2021–nearly one year into the COVID-19 pandemic—and Cuomo was still an asshole and the governor of NY, but was also still light years better than Russian Agent Orange and his misadministration.
