Fox News host Tucker Carlson seemed to swipe at his fellow Fox colleagues on Monday night for suddenly trusting the intelligence community on armed conflict with Iran after smearing them as anti-Trump “deep state” actors on the regular.
The GOP’s ethical foundation is about as limp and leaky as trump’s Depends.

Run for Mayor, City Council, County Commissioner, Borough Assembly. Get appointed to your Planning Commission. Know everything going on in your community.
Run for State Legislature or Congress. The 2020 census starts this year when we redraw Congressional Districts. Stop the GOP-led gerrymandering that keeps Jordan and Gohmert and King in office!

Cucker Tarlson’s kids are in luck. It appears at least three are draft age, for sure: Lillie (24), Buckley (22) Hopie (20), and Dorothy (??). But I’m sure they’re already performing their military “duty” like all wealthy kids are wont to do, probably in either the Space Cadet or Airhead Forces, just like dear old dad.
I’m not so sure the people Tucker speaks of are trusting the “deep state intel agencies.” I doubt that the intel agencies reached any conclusion or opinion that there was an imminent threat that required Soleimani to be killed.
These people are trusting Trump, Pompeo, Esper, Grisham, Kellyanne, and other Trump toadies, who are the ones spouting and spreading the lies.

The only “intel” here consists of flunkies scrambling to justify Trump’s latest impetuous and ill-conceived move to make America love him. There is no real organized government anymore - it is just TRump and his toadies scrambling as fast as they can to shovel up the shit erupting out of the elephant as he lumbers along.
So we as the United States of America has just become another LLC, or shell company in the service of Trump.
The real “deep state” people who Trump should have consulted would have told him to get the international community to buy in before a provocation like this.
This is the same exact mistake Bush the younger made in invading Iraq. He did it on his own, listening to idiots like Cheney, and figured he could handle the consequences, telling them to “bring it on.” Now look where we are. Compare that to when Bush the elder assembled an international coalition to kick Saddam Hussein out of Kuwait, using overwhelming force. Then they did not go into Baghdad because there was not support for that.
Someone with a lot of money needs to take out some yuge newspaper ads criticizing Trump and making these points in bold print in huge letters. Bloomberg?
Doesn’t matter, Carlson is a rich guy. Serving in the military is a proletarian duty, rich kids have no need to serve because their parents are already performing their patriotic duty by being war profiteers and not paying taxes
