In his 2004 Republican National Convention speech Arnold Schwarzenegger endorsing George W. Bush referred to the Democrats as girly men. The audience loved it since it was a stock phrase that Schwarzenegger had been using in his political rise. The press thought it was a wonderful dig at John Kerry.

Most people, most organizations … generally operate with the mentality that they seek to abide by the law, play above board … their personal or corporate “mission statement” does not embrace … lie, cheat, steal, kill … and if & when they get into trouble. … they then obtain legal advice on how to defend themselves against the specific charges… the focus is proving themselves innocent (or seeking the lowest level of punishment)
The Trump MAGA cabal pre-meditatedly, intentionally…incorporates criminal activity into their every move… and …furthermore since being criminally investigated and prosecuted comes with this operating style they have transformed that idea of obtaining aggressive legal defense when needed … and for defending against specific accusations … to aggressively having a planned strategy of offensively operating an endless ongoing attack of the legal system … obstruct the investigation and enforcement process by any means necessary … sue & sue relentlessly, frivolous, attack savagely … deploy “legal defense” “OFFENSIVELY” relentlessly and as often as possible in a predatory manner …sure this abuses the hell out of the concept of justice … but seriously … these are people who deliberately set out to break the laws and break the system. Since the days of Fred Trump… the Trump business “success” has depended upon lying, cheating, stealing … and offensively carpet bombing the legal/ regulatory process with relentless aggressive preemptive obstruction… the concept of legal “defense” stood on its head … and turned into a weapon.
