Indeed, and it probably bears mentioning that violating the laws and Constitution repeatedly is not the only way to expand POTUS’s power and purview. Another way could be bringing ridiculous charges against Biden to force him to defend himself with arguments convenient to the project. For example, bringing bogus criminal charges against Biden for the alleged “fraud” involved in this EPA program would require at this point that Biden raise a defense of immunity, which can help define broad contours of that immunity, thereby assisting Mango and the MAGAt KKKult.

The company I work for uses National Weather Service daily to plan and coordinate our survey aircraft on jobs throughout the country. It’s the first web page I have open when I clock in in the morning. The FIRMS satellite data is also very useful to determine if surface fire smoke is going to affect imagery and lidar data capture.
