The decision by the F.B.I. and the Justice Department to scrutinize Ms. Good’s activities and her potential connections to local activists is in line with the White House’s strategy of deflecting blame for the shooting away from federal law enforcement and toward opponents they have described as domestic terrorists, often without providing evidence.

When it happened to our diplomats in Cuba, the US struggled to understand how it worked. Apparently, that doesn’t matter when you can acquire one of the devices from…somewhere…and use it, it doesn’t matter!
This weapon or something along these lines - in the "backpack"size referred to in this story - was recently used on an episode of NCIS. Just sayin’

The US military accomplished a rare hat trick of war crimes with its first attack in the Caribbean in September. It disguised the attack plane as being civilian (perfidy). It attacked a non military ship (that was retreating BTW), and it killed unarmed survivors. Well played Pete.

Speaking after Frederiksen, Greenland’s prime minister Jens-Frederik Nielsen reiterates that Greenland is not for sale, and insists that if the territory was to choose, it would “choose Denmark over the US.”
In a striking passage, he says:
“One thing must be clear to everyone: Greenland does not want to be owned by the US, Greenland does not want to be governed by the US, Greenland does not want to be part of the US. …
We choose the Greenland we know today, which is a part of the Kingdon of Denmark.”
