Herman Cain next Wednesday will announce a “major new initiative” on Sean Hannity’s Fox News program between 9 p.m. and 10 p.m. ET. Cain has been mostly out of the spotlight since dropping out of the presidential campaign. He has made a few Fox News appearances, and there has been some speculation that he will join the cable news company.
