What actions?
- There should be a MASSIVE fucking protest outside the Texas statehouse
- Every single one of us should be calling an harassing every member of congress
- We need to turn every town hall into a fucking riot
- We need to scare the fuck out of the right with the specter of Nuhremburg trials
- We need to develop a website where everyone can upload video evidence of official fascist crimes
- We need to arm ourselves and take firearms training if we need it
- We need to know the law in case we see masked assholes abducting innocent people
- We need to be ready to fucking fight. this is no longer an academic argument about a “constitutional crisis.” We are in a fucking war, whether you have the spine to admit it. And we are losing.
How about that for starters? We cannot defeat these motherfuckers making sassy comments to people who already agree with us. Look at history. The American Revolution ended in 1783. The Civil War began 81 years later. The fight against the Nazis began 76 years later. It is now 80 years after the end of WW2. This is our fight for freedom and against fascism. We either step up, or the fascists win. Period.

It may well go en banc but so what. DC Circuit overturns the panel and then the matter goes to SCOTUS, which overturns the DC Circuit en banc panel.
What’s most galling is that Katsas and Rao are fine with the executive giving the middle finger – figuratively and literally (hello, Dorian Bove) – to the judiciary. As in, willing participants in making the judiciary subservient to the executive.
Cowards, hacks, and sycophants, both of them.
