A lot of things happened. Here are some of the things. This is TPM’s Morning Memo.
The fact that the person ostensibly coordinating all of the lawyers defending Donald Trump across multiple investigations has himself had his phone seized by the FBI remains almost unbelievable to me.
In an interview with the FBI, conducted in Princeton, Giberson confirmed he was the individual identified in the photographs and will make his first appearance in federal court on March 21, according to the Justice department.
Happy Spring Break!
ETA: The article has some nice details about Gilberson’s on-campus activities. I’ll just note in passing that, re his howling about Princeton’s changing the name away from the Woodrow Wilson Center, he has mastered the art of MAGA-style slippery-slope rhetoric.
Or if you’re in Miami, beware the tides of March. The moon is wreaking havoc on the world’s oceans with the short month of February and all. Plus, daylight savings time all over again, the moon is just downright discombobulated…If you’re walking along the beach on a moonlit night, the tides of March are out to get ya!
Note to media and political types: Make. These. People. Define. Their. Terms. As Mandel shows here, all they’ve got is a term that they hope their audiences don’t scrutinize too closely–and she even says she has a chapter in her book on the term!
“In the Wisconsin Supreme Court race, conservative Daniel Kelly has been outspent $9.1 million to $0 by liberal Janet Protasiewicz since the primary election on Feb. 21.”
This will be news to the people making and pushing the new ads attacking Judge Janet after the primary. And to all the people forced to listen to them.
In the Wisconsin Supreme Court race, conservative Daniel Kelly has been outspent $9.1 million to $0 by liberal Janet Protasiewicz since the primary election on Feb. 21.
That says to me, he’s keeping his powder dry until a week or two before the April election o unload some BS that the media will lap up and try to destroy Janet’s candidacy.
Not gonna work.
LOL: Briahna Joy Gray BREAKS the brain of Rising guest Bethany Mandel by asking her to define “wokeness”
This point needs to be hammered again and again and again. It’s an easy question, reporters. Doesn’t require any sophomoric research or development. Just keep asking the question.
