Bolton Says Trump’s Full Of It With ‘Standing Order’ Declassification Claim

Obama administration records are exclusively held and maintained by the National Archives and Records Administration, the federal agency confirmed on Friday. Millions of unclassified documents were transferred after Obama left office to a NARA facility in Chicago, but neither Obama’s personal foundation nor the facility set to house his presidential memorabilia have control over those papers.

So…I guess the unlocked closet in Mara Lardo is TFG’s Presidential Library?

Yeah they leave out the piece where those 33,000 or 33,000,000 or 33 documents were transferred to National Archives’ facility in Chicago.
The concept of chain of custody, receipts, d-o-c-u-m-e-n-t-a-t-i-o-n is a foreign concept to Trump, Trump Org, and maybe Republicans in general.

I’m not sure where the Espionage Act would come in play. It’s true that espionage usually involves the interception of classified materiel but to go that route there must be an intent to use that possession to harm America. Usually in the form of informing its adversaries. Trump did not do that. So far.

Would he sell documents like that? Maybe but after more than a year in his possession he’s not done that …that we know of.

As secure as crotchless underwear.

Stinkin’ up the place. I wonder if Trump placed a number of shirts Bannon could wear while he was a WH advisor?

Just shoot this question right back at them: "Oh, so that means Joe Biden isn’t bound by the law either?

Cool!!!"

What once were assholes are now patriots?
Or something like that.
Gotta admit, they proved something about stubborn conservative patriotism and insanity being inevitably at odds, but how late did they come to the “duh” moment?

Bolton is evil… but right now he’s on the side of good.

Like allying with Stalin against Hitler sort of situation.

He should be exploited to the maximum on Fox and other channels, noone can paint him as a Marxist or whatever. And he knows how to twist a knife.

We need to make Trump bleed from a thousand cuts.

Sheer specualtion, but if Trump had even a mediocre legal team, I wonder if there wouldn’t already be a TRO from Trevor McFadden or some other “Trumpist Judge” against the DoJ. When you’re rich and powerful, there’s no excuse for this kind of failure in a system like ours where rich and powerful men are selected for and not against. This is not a failure of justice as much as a failure of effective argle bargle and jiggery pokery.
