Best possible outcome. Book gets wide release to further embarrass Fat Nixon (if that’s even possible ) & Bolt-on doesn’t see a penny of it.

If he hadn’t priorly restrained himself from testifying in the impeachment trial, I might be moved to care about this.

The government is asking for a court to prevent not just Bolton — but his publisher and third party booksellers — from disclosing its contents.
Oh, you mean the Department of Justice, the cream of the legal crop in our nation’s capital, fails to understand the identity of parties?

There are lots of damaging things about Trump in this book. It’s not quite the same as Fire and Fury or Fear .
In addition, Bolton is very far from being a liberal…or even a centrist.

Oh FFS, this epic battle royale should become a 6-part mini-series. Its like some kind of tRumpist type spin-off of The Hunger Games. Maybe they can dumb-it-down and make it an after-home-school special. If it keeps the Moron-in-Chief preoccupied from now until hell freezes over, then I’m all for it. At the very least, it keeps the tweet-aholic from nuking anyone in the lead up to the election just so he can use that as a major distraction.

Maybe Bolton should consider suing Trump for damages.

Trump is also threatening anyone who might want to protest his policies in Tulsa this weekend.
The source of the criticism doesn’t matter. If it’s perceived by Trump, he wants it shut down.

This hearing promises to be, shall I say, interesting .

Did not know he was also in charge of the Department of the Obvious.
Much as I loathe Bolton, it’s inspiring to see swamp creatures in a cage match.

You cracked the case, Sherlock Bolton! Diverting that brilliant mind from hating foreigners to figuring out the Mystery Of The Obvious Obviousness.
