As a California voter, I can report that the PO does not postmark ballots. I had a ballot rejected ‘arrived too late’ several years ago. Weird, because my husband’s ballot, mailed together, arrived on time. Mine was discovered 1 1/2 weeks late. When I talked to ROV, she could not really explain the late discovery (I don’t really know if ROV had mishandled it, or if the PO had). The ROV official actually berated me for using the post office instead of an official drop box.

I try to spread the word among friends. But officially, our ROV does not do anything to discourage PO use.

(Ballots) and they need to be received up to seven days after Election Day in order to be counted.
If they are not received in time, that is fault of the federal Post Office and those voters should not be penalized for that.

OK again with the NJ having added 6600 noncitizens accidentally, the noncitizens did not as an individual or group do anything wrong. IT WAS A COMPUTER ERROR!!!
And even though 400 noncitizens voted in this case DID NOT IMPACT THE RESULTS. And yes I know some races can impacted by just small amount, but again the the voters that were mistakenly added didn’t coordinate to cause the the election to go one way or the other.
As for mail in voting, which I don’t have, I agree with @darrtown- hand deliver it to the proper location. This is especially a good way to get your choices tallied considering the state of the USPS right now.

I like the way “preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States” has become a radical, far-left idea.

Now available everywhere. Not just Washington. Nothing says honoring the anniversary of a revolution against a monarchy more than making Trump more powerful than George III ever was and imposing him on us all. Everywhere. All the time.
