Per the calendar we are well within the 90 day period. I think the issue now is more if the 90 day window is actually a law or just an agreement. And we all know the Orange Idiot’s track record with agreements. Or they might say that the voter rolls are somehow not covered by the agreement tho that seems a losing argument. But with the current SCOTUS none of it may matter.

I think if the SC says the States have to comply with Blanch/Trump/Miller/Vought/whoever is really running this nightmare demands for voter roles the States should tell them no, not happening. You do not have the right and the Supreme Court does not have jurisdiction over how we run our elections.

No, it’s 90 years for the Democrats, who aren’t allowed any changes that benefit them at all before an election, and -9000 days for Republicans, who get benefits after elections. Though, to be fair, this is how Republican judges who don’t follow the law think…fortunately the vast majority of judges, including some Trump appointed and most of the other Republican appointed judges, actually follow the law and do their best not to let Trump and the current Republicans get away with corrupting our election system. We’ll just have to hope it holds together in the next two elections, it’s going to be stressed more than it has been in our history with a president willing to overthrow the law and government to get whatever election result he wants.
As for Joey Jones…what an ass. Seriously, he’s the worst type of veteran, and a poor excuse for a human being…if he can’t understand how wrong it is to abuse our military the way it’s happening now then I really doubt anything he says about his service career outside of the facts of what happened. But, it’s all politics for him, he probably thinks he’s a tough stud by yelling at soldiers to suck it up and do Trump’s bidding…I’d love to be there the next time he talks with veterans, especially after his crack about Democratic veterans being weak. If he gets out of that without a beatdown he’ll be lucky.

I remember, back in the Iraq fuster cluck, hearing an Iraqi Kurd interviewed, probably on the BBC, after Saddam’s capture. The Kurd said, “he must be executed.”
The BBC interviewer said, “but surely he must have a fair trial!”
The Kurd responded, “oh, yes, he must have a fair trial. And then he must be executed.”
Because there was no doubt in the man’s mind what the just outcome of a fair trial of the butcher of his people would be.
