In contrast, covid rages in the US and no national briefings from epidemiologists about dealing with the virus. One would think large gatherings would be off the table, but you would be wrong. American adults, particularly Trump supporters, are basically supercomputers, and figuring out the permutations for, say, 2,000! is a piece of cake. Indeed, figuring out the number of atoms in the universe, at least ball park, is nothing for these people.

I caught a discussion on Trump’s maladministration response to the virus on Amanpour & Company last night. By the time I tuned in they were interviewing Dr. Bright and a Kennedy grandson and their experiences with dealing with Trump, Kushner, and the overall lack competency. Apparently there’s a new documentary on HBO called “Totally Under Control”. I hope people can see the interviews of Bright and the director Alex Gibney if they don’t have HBO.
But it’s not just Trump, it’s all of his enablers with in the maladministration and in Congress.
There will be no vaccine or movement to distribute one in the U.S. until January 20th, 2021. If we’re lucky.
